The figure you approve before we start is the figure you pay. Single-trade work is quoted flat-rate per scope, and retainers are billed at the agreed monthly amount. Nothing is added afterwards without your written approval.
One defined scope on one project — for example the concrete package, the electrical package, or the roofing package. If your project needs several trades priced, we quote the bundle rather than charging separately for each.
The retainer is built around your typical monthly bid volume rather than a hard cap. We agree the expected workload up front, and if your pipeline grows we discuss adjusting the plan rather than issuing surprise charges.
No long-term lock-in. Retainers run month to month and can be paused or cancelled with notice. Single-trade work carries no commitment at all.
If a completed estimate does not match the scope we agreed, tell us and we will correct it. Where we cannot put it right, the fee for that estimate is refunded. The policy applies to our work, not to a change in your project.
