These terms govern your use of the Clear Cost website and estimating services. By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Clear Cost provides construction cost estimating, material takeoff, and related preconstruction services. Estimates are professional opinions of probable cost based on the documents you provide and current market data; final construction costs may vary due to market conditions, scope changes, or site factors beyond our control.

Quotes & Payment

Service fees are quoted flat-rate per project before work begins. Work starts upon your written approval of the quote. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due as specified in your proposal.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, legible drawings and specifications. Estimate accuracy depends on the completeness of the documents supplied.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Your project documents remain your property and are held in confidence. Deliverables we prepare become yours upon full payment. Website content, branding, and design remain the property of Clear Cost.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost bids or lost profits.
